• Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. orders). Delivery times may vary for international orders.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Moody Muse Candle Company is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist with a replacement.
