Return & Refund Policy

At Moody Muse Candle Company, we want you to love every candle you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).

• Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
